EGG PASTA WITH TRUFFLE
Egg pasta of Campofilone, rough and porous, extruded with a die,
spread on sheets of pure cellulose paper, slow drying at low temperatures.
INGREDIENTS: durum wheat semolina, eggs 23%, minced summer truffle* 3.6%, aroma.
*Tuber aestivum Vitt.
May contain soy and mustard.
100% Italian eggs and durum wheat semolina.
Cooking time in minutes: 2-3
Store in a cool, dry place away from light and direct heat.
